It is possible to translate one public IP to an inside Host1, and if the Host1 is unvailable (let's say ping fails from ASA) to translate the same public IP to an inside Host2 ?
Unfortunately there is no such thing as "backup NAT", if the server becomes unresponsive you may need to manually change the NAT rule from Host1 to Host2.
