Is it possible to customize the cut through proxy login page?

Any pointers/guides?

I don't believe there is.  I set this up about a year ago for a guest wireless captive portal and wasn't able to find a way to change it.

Changing the prompt is not good enough. I need to create a branded login page with our company logo and policy acceptance button.
