ASA with FTD is currently supporting multicontext? NO (if I haven't missed something)
ASA with FTD is currently supporting HA?, YES

ASA with FTP, then does not support L2TP/IPSEC (IKEv1)?

The client has PDA equipments that need VPN, I understand that in the ASA 5516 (with native IOS) it uses the base licenses with L2TP / IPSEC (IKEv1) with the native client of the SO of the PDA.
