ASA IPS module - CCO userid

Hello

When installing a customer IPS sensor in the ASA, you need a valid CCO id configured to download updates for the sensor. Normally I use my own, but would like to associate different CCO id's with the customer account. How would I do this? Would this be associated to the end user information when submitting for the license on the licensing website? Thanks!

Add the the device service contract to your CCO ID

You can contact your cisco partner or accounts manager or even the reseller to get your contract updated.
