ASA IPS SSP module in unresponsive mode

ASA IPS SSP module in unresponsive mode i have tried to upgrade and make it up but same issue.

Try a power cycle of the entire ASA. If that doesn't work, try a recovery of the module (which will wipe everything).

i found the issue there was software bug and solved by upload one file to IPS SSP .

Do you mean turn off and then on i already did this and i issue hw-module module 1 recover and reset but same issue

I would download a recovery image then, and recover the module.
