ASA mail logging 716001

Dears,

        i configured logging list contains messages 716001 and 716002.

i configured the mail logging to send this list , but i received only 716002 and didn't receive 716001 on my mail.

ASA version is 9.0(3) on ASA5520.

Hi,

They seem to be of the same "logging" level which is 6 = Informational so that should not be the problem.

I imagine that you have checked the output of "show run logging" and confirmed that the other syslog ID has NOT been disabled globally?

Can you see both Syslog IDs in some other logging destination like ASDM or Syslog Server?

no i can see only 716002 (user termination) in ASDM log.

although when i tested from IPhone , i can see both.

also i can see 716001 when (user started) when access from Web not from anyconnect.
