ASA Sensor upgrade fails

I will readily admit I'm still learning the platform I inherited.

I have a Defense Center version 5.4.1.3 virtual appliance, and an ASA 5515-X running sensor code 5.4.0 that I just recently reimaged to get it working properly again:

Sourcefire Linux OS v5.4.0 (build 127)
Sourcefire ASA5515 v5.4.0 (build 764)

I'm trying to upgrade the sensor to the latest 5.4 build (5.4.0.11) but no matter what upgrade I try the DC just says "Failed".  I've tried going to 5.4.0.11, 5.4.0.6, 5.4.0.4, and even just 5.4.0.2.  I don't even know where to look to find out what the failure reason is.  Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hi,

Don't have a 5.4 version to look at, but try to see if you find something like this in the service module expert mode.
cat /var/log/sf/Cisco_Network_Sensor_Upgrade-6.2.2/status.log

You need to change the "Cisco_Network_Sensor_Upgrade-6.2.2" to something else but you should see it with command ls -la /var/log/sf/
