Now i have two firewall 5505 can i make a fail-over between them or not ?

Yes you can have failover on the ASA 5505. Ensure you have same hardware, software and failover license present.

it requires Security Plus license to be added on the two firewalls ?

Do i have to add the  security plus licence on the two firewalls or to add on one firewall is enough ?
