ASA5516x FirePOWER Evaluation License

I didn't find evaluation license of ASA5516x FirePOWER from Cisco Portal. They I can see evaluation licenses for ASA5506 FirePOWER. Can I use ASA5506 FirePOWER evaluation license key for ASA5516 FirePower ?, is it going to work ?

No. The licenses are specific to a particular hardware model or VM type.

If you need an evaluation license for a 5516-X, you can contact your partner or Cisco systems engineer (SE) or account manager (AM). They can arrange for a Proof of Value (POV) demonstration with a license that's good for 30 days.

If you are talking about the Firepower Threat Defense setup ( Firepower native on ASA as opposed to the Firepower Services VM on ASA), you do a fresh install of the Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) boot image, install the full image from that point and the first thing you do after the install finishes is either choose on the box management (which will let you start a 90 day evaluation automatically) or to join it to a Firepower Management Console machine, where you can also choose to have it do an evaluation license.
