Hello,
I got an issue with Cisco ASAv in Azure routing and I hope someone will help me to solve this issue.
I got the following interfaces on ASAs:
Inside (Inside subnet 192.168.100.0/24)
Outside (with Public IP address)
Management (default route - which you can't change!)
I got a default route for Management interface which can't be changed or I'm not able to change it.
Is there any way to change the default route from management interface?
Thanks & Regards,
Sam

I had the same problem and finally solved it by shutting down Management0/0 interface which removes its default route from the route table. Then I was able to add my own default route using the command route outside 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 10.0.2.1 without getting the "conflict with existing routes" error. Then I brought the Management0/0 back up and voila.

How do you accomplish shutting the management interface down without losing connectivity? We connect through the management interface so we cannot shut it down.

Hey there, it’s been a few months so I can’t exactly remember, but I believe I used the console interface through the Azure portal Serial Console.
