ASDM 7.12 unable to read ASA 9.2.4 image after upgrading from ASA 8.2

Hi,

I recently upgraded Cisco ASA 5505 firewall to its latest version 9.2.4 from 8.2 but after upgrade Cisco ASDM is unable to read asa image. Can you please let me know the issue and how it can be resolved.

Can you please how you did the  upgrade, have you followed the upgrade path correctly. Do you see CLI ASA Accessble ? and policies available ? after upgrade, ( connect the console cable and check ?)

Hi Balaji,

Thanks for the response. I followed the upgrade from 8.2 to 8.5 and then 9.2. From console it is accessible and configurable. what can be other options other than this?
