Asdm not starting

Hi All

I have a brand new ASA 5510 here, i configurde it so that i can use ASDM, but when i

try to launch asdm i get prompted for my username and password. After that nothing happens.

I've attached my running config.

If anyone has an idee please let me know.

Hi,

You need to make sure that the ASDM version is the correct one for the OS image.

We can check this on ''sh ver'' from CLI.

Also, ASDM requires Java and you should have the correct version installed.

Besides checking this can you try accesing ASDM from a different machine as well?

Yes i had to update my asdm version.

Now it works like it should.
