ASDM wait popup lasts minutes

Hi guys,

one of my customer's complains about a popup in the ASDM.

When he open ASDM it appears a popup (see the image in attachment) that lasts for minutes.

If he refresh the page this popup reappear.

The only things to make it disappear if he click on SAVE button.

This seems pretty strange because if i try to access to ASDM with my own PC i didn't have this kind of problem.

I already upgrated the ASA software and ASDM image:

ASA software 9.10(1)

ASDM version 7.10(1)

Customer PC OS Linux Centos 7

my own PC OS Windows 10

can anyone help me with that?

These kind of strange issue we see when the Java Version different and security accept.

check the default requirement for the ASDM to work, suggest customer that is Cisco Recommendations.

Hi,

I have the same issue frequently and it is really annoying.

It is Java Version and ASDM related.

We tried to upgrade/downgrade many versions of Java but issue still the same.

We had to close and open ASDM manz time to make it work.

I already checked and it seems there is no issue about the requirement.
the customer and I have the same version of java: 1.8.0_201
