I want to automatic backup Cisco ASA config by using Call-home service
I do by follow the guide from:
My configuration in ASA:
service call-home
no call-home reporting anonymous
call-home
contact-email-addr abc@domain.com
sender from abc@domain.com
mail-server mail.domain.com priority 1
profile CiscoTAC-1
no active
destination address http https://tools.cisco.com/its/service/oddce/services/DDCEService
destination address email callhome@cisco.com
destination transport-method http
subscribe-to-alert-group diagnostic
subscribe-to-alert-group environment
subscribe-to-alert-group inventory periodic monthly 2
subscribe-to-alert-group configuration periodic monthly 2
subscribe-to-alert-group telemetry periodic daily
profile BackupConfig
destination address email abc@domain.com
destination transport-method email
subscribe-to-alert-group configuration export full periodic daily 10:10
After config, I try to test but I get error:
Firewall# call-home test profile backupConfig
INFO: Sending test message to abc@domain.com...
ssh: processing test(Test) SCH Configuration Test
ssh: [0] dispatching test message to abc@domain.com
ssh: SMTP server: x.x.x.x
ERROR: Failed: SMTP_COMMAND_FAILED(38)
Firewall# ssh: SMTP ERROR: CMD 'MAIL From:<abc@domain.com>', REPLY '530 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated
'
ssh: SMTP negotiation failed: error SMTP_COMMAND_FAILED(38)
ssh: [0] Dispatch message(32) test to abc@domain.com failed: SMTP_COMMAND_FAILED(38)
Could you help me check the problem ?

It may be better to use a software backup tool like RANCID, or Solarwinds NCM if you want to pay for software.
