There was an issue with uploading the new image to the backup FMC. To find out why I want to access the FMC via cli and find the password wrong. So, I have checked the document to reset the password. After rebooting the host with single mode, try to follow the procedure in the Cisco document to reset the password. But the output shows "module is unknown."
The FMC version is 7.0.4. Does anybody have an experience like this? It's nice to know if someone knows how to fix it.
I appreciate any help you can provide.

ok I can't see what's above the "password admin" line but did you use "sudo su -" and enter the CLI password again? I also read something about an SFR module.

To change the password for the admin account enter expert mode and then enter the following:
sudo usertool.pl -p 'admin <new password>'
If the GUI account has been locked use the following, also in expert mode:
sudo usertool.pl -u admin

Thanks Marius for your time. Unfortunately I have experience the same issue when I type the command "sudo usertool.pl -p ' <new password>'. The output shows "module is unknown".
After contact with our partner company, the TAC engineer suggested updating 7.2.5, though we decided to update it first to 7.0.6.
