Hello,
I found in cisco documentation that BFD is not available on OSPF, only BGP.
So I use BGP protocol on my fw FTD 2130.
I use FDM to configure this FTD fw. In the BGP part, I activated this line:
"neighbor 1.1.1.1 fall-over bfd single-hop"
When I run the CLI on a ssh session:
"show bgp neighbors 1.1.1.1 details", it showed the following:
Fall over configured for session
BFD is configured. BFD peer is Down. Using BFD to detect fast fallover (single-hop.)
I can ping the peer 1.1.1.1, I didn't know why it said BFD peer is down.
I tried searching on FDM BGP part, there's no command to turn it up, while BGP peering is up with prefixes.
Anyone has some feedbacks? My FTD version is v6.7.0
