Hi,
I recently bought an end of life'd ASA5585-X SSP-20, and I'd like to get the free 3DES/AES encryption PAK, but the license portal always tells me it failed and to contact GLO. Is this licensing portal just down for this particular option, or maybe turned off? Is there any way I can get the higher encryption key now? I have the product serial number and it's default license.
Thanks,
-Marie

While following those instructions does indeed give me a license key, it's not a PAK, and there is no "license" command on the version of ASA software that's currently running. However according to Cisco it is the last version of their OS I can run, 9.12.
asa# show version
Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 9.12(4)67
SSP Operating System Version 2.6(1.272)
Device Manager Version 7.18(1)161

System image file is "disk0:/asa9-12-4-67-smp-k8.bin"
Config file at boot was "startup-config"
asa up 2 mins 55 secs
Hardware: ASA5585-SSP-20, 11883 MB RAM, CPU Xeon 5500 series 2133 MHz, 1 CPU (8 cores)

asa# license ?

I believe I need a PAK license. I've gone to the licensing portal for that and tried this below, but I always get this error.
