Campus Manager , user tracking

Cisco Catalyst switch 2950 24 ports is not added is user tracking database, although it is listed in ANI database, any suggestions/solutions

I have gone thru the documents, but still C2950 doesnt come to user tracking.

Any other suugestions

some 2950 switches did work! I updated the IOS to

c2950-i6q4l2-mz.121-19.EA1.bin
