Can I export a file from the Event Viewer to Excel?

We have CSM 4.1, and I can create great event loggs in the Event Monitoring Tool, i.e. all denied hits on one specific Firewall in a specific time frame (see attachment).

How can I export this data and send it to the customer? (preferd as Excel or PDF)

You can save Events in CSM 4.1 as a .csv or .html file. Excel can open either. If you create a custom report and use Report Manager, it can export a PDF file. Please see the User Guide for details.
