Solved: Can't choose Layer 2 ether channel on FTD 1010 Software 6.6.1-91

I want to configure layer 2 ether channel between FTD 1010 and switch but can't see any Layer 2 options.

The dialog box you show is all the options that are available when configuring an Etherchannel on FTD using FDM.

If you want to assign VLAN tags and such then you need to create subinterfaces as part of that Etherchannel after you have it in place.

Also, you should consider upgrading to 7.0.4

FTD is Firewall - so that configuration showing is as expected in Route Mode.
