Can we rule out java issue if ASDM can access one ASA

Hi ASDM in my computer could not access ASA, and later it can work after setting up java. Now ASDM still can access one ASA, but cannot access another ASA and get the same error message as we had before solving java issue. Can we rule out java issue for my PC ?

The new ASA has been configured with correct username password, http server enable and http permit.

I never say we can rule out Java since it is so problematic. But if its working with one ASA, it should work with another one.

There are several common causes why ASDM might not be able to launch. Please use this guide to try to determine if any of the common ones may apply in your situation.
