Cant connect using console port to ASA 5525

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to connect to the ASA 5525-x using the console port but I'm getting the below error, I'm able to SSH to it but not console but I'm able to put user and password after that I get the error.

I was using TACACS to authenticate the access, I removed device from TACACS servers I mean I deregister it from ISE to allow LOCAL logging and it works but I'm not able to logging using the console port

should I modify aaa authetication enable console LOCAL?

it depend on which steps you access 
i.e. 

if you can to access to ASA and when you enter enable you stop then sure you need to change authc enable to check LOACL then TACACS server (which is not reachable)

if you can not access to ASA at all then it not issue of authc enable

I can access to it using SSH, but I can not using console port, I'm using putty, So I able to put user also put the password but after that I received  too many authentication failures message, I'm using the same user and password that I use for SSH connection that means credentials are Ok.

what I'm trying to do is get console access through the console port

can you use/install other app, i.e. securecrt (paid) or teraterm (free)?

are you using a native rj45 to usb console? or using serial console with USB adapter?

can you also use another console cable?

Should I add this line aaa authentication login console local?

console port is same as serial port, cisco use serial term and make engineer confuse.

it Putty issue I think, 
to check remove and re-install putty and try again
