Cant connect using console port to ASA 5525

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to connect to the ASA 5525-x using the console port but I'm getting the below error, I'm able to SSH to it but not console but I'm able to put user and password after that I get the error.

hey friend just to let you know that Once I use a different laptop I was able to connect to the firewall thanks
