catalyst express CE500 default gateway issue

Dear Experts,

I have an old CE500 pc24.Since I bought it as a used device I did factory reset, but I still can not get access to it.

When I connect to my PC wired (Win 7 and IE11) the system provide an IP adress to the computer, but does not provide the default gateway.

I have already disabled the Win Firewall and enabled Java script.

What can I additionaly do to get connected?

I wouldn't expect it to provide you a default gateway.  It only needs enough to provide you with a configuration to get to its management interface.
