Change FMC's geolocation ip prefix

Is there any chance to change FMC's geolocation ip prefix? I mean change IP's country?

I am not aware of a way to change incorrect geo-elements in FMC. But you can add another rule above your rule that acts on the wrong country to overwrite the decision. Just remember to remove the rule when the GeoDB gets fixed.

adding to other, why you would like to change when the DB comes with accurate information where the IP allocation and geo is correct?

as rightly said, geodb updates periodically, so even if you get a chance to update, when the next update took place it overwrites your values.

other issues I see your information go wrong changing the location for the threat hunt.
