My ASA5505's access-group is not working

I am not sure why it isn't working. It is meant to work after I enter access-group in_to_internet in interface outside and then on PC6 it will go Reply from 8.8.8.8: bytes=32 time=0ms TTL=126. My .PKA file is below please have a look.

Hello,

the problem is that the server itself has its gateway set to 0.0.0.1 instead of 8.8.8.1. After changing the default gateway. PING work.
