Does changing these types of parameters in the FMC apply to all devices managed via FMC such as the FTD?

@CiscoBrownBelt where are you changing these settings?
Logging, timeouts settings etc are deployed to managed devices (FTDs) using platform setings policy, which is then deploy to assigned FTD devices.

Actually @Rob Ingram , do changes to settings in FMC such as for User Configuration, Login Banner, etc. under System>Configuration only apply to the FMC or does it take affect on the FTD and/or all devices managed in the FMC as well?
