choosing IDS\IPS for small network segment

Hello everyone!

Can somebody help me with choosing of IDS\IPS device? I never try any security devices like ASA or something else and it's hard choose for me :)

Need device to protect small segment of network with around 100 hosts.

It will be also helpful to know the throughput requirements. However, from the initial requirements the ASA5506 FirePOWER bundle should be able to do the trick for you.
