cisco 1812 vpn problem bw

Hi. I have two cisco 1812 with VPN,the VPN is OK, but i can?t see troung remote access with PCanyWhere o VNC is very loungly. I see black screen.

Hola. Tengo dos cisco 1812 con vpn, la VPN esta bien pero no tengo acceso remoto con PCanyWhere o VNC, se ve la pantalla en negro.
