I just bought a brand new 2901 cisco router as well as 2 pvdm's and a VIC FXS card. I installed everything as supposed to but when I power the router on, the two pvdm status lights stay red as well as the two port lights on the FXS card. When I do a "sh inventory" on the terminal, I see all the parts installed, but in the other hand when I do a "sh run" I cannot see the voice ports. Another thing is that when I try to use any voice commands It won't work. Some months back I bought exactly the same equipment and put it all together an it work perfectly. I have read something about a "feature set" but I am not sure how to get it or what it is. Please help me figure this problem out.
