Cisco 4500 fail to recogize by LMS 4.0

I have set up a LMS4.0 and add devices into DCR.

All my Cisco 2900, 3750, could be recogized by LMS 4.0 and could be do action in inventory list, such as viewing EOS/EOL info, etc.

However, my cisco 4500 is fail to recogize by DCR. And the device icon is shown "?", obviously, the LMS is unknown the device type.

I'm a green hand on LMS 4.0. Could anyone tell me how to make the device recogized by LMS 4.0?

LMS4.0 fails to recognize Cisco 4507R+E (using WS-X45-SUP6L-E).

The Cisco 4507 device icon in LMS 4.0 is shown "?" (please see attached file).

I did Device update but suffering a list of problem on LMS. please see attached file (psu.log)

From the information in Cisco, it stated "Cisco Catalyst 4507R+E Switch" is not fully supported in LMS 4.0. but WS-X45-SUP6L-E is not problem with LMS 4.0. it seems a bit confusing.

Could anyone help to confirm me 4507R+E with WS-X45-SUP6L-E would be workable with LMS 4.0.0 or not?
