Cisco ASA 5508 FTD image - SSL specific pages not loaded on specific hosts

Hello everyone ,

He facing a curious problem with Cisco ASA 5508 FTD 6.2.3 .

We have setup FTD and we facing problem from specific 3 endpoints that are not able to open specific sites .

We do not do any policy on URL neither on IPS for specific network that has the problem .

We allow any , and also no inspection policy .

For example on of the pages is not able to open is yahoo.gr and from browser we get error timeout .

But from another PC on the same network we are ok .

Or if we give the specific IP to another PC also everything is ok .

Is anyone has any idea what is going on ?

Hi,
Do you check the connection events of the IP which have issue, check any thing is blocking. If you are using any proxy in your system check proxy settings.

On connection events we see allow access and we do not use any proxy .

I don't think so it's issue with the firewall. as you said if you assign the same IP to another PC its working right...?
Check is there any proxy settings in the PC or check the host file of PC.

This seems to be more of PC Issue rather FW,

what kind of OS is this ? is the ULR not working, is this ever worked in that PC or never worked at all ?

What URL is this ? local or outside (internet) also  worth looking PC Settings like Local FW, Antivirus,
