CISCO ASA 5520 telnet

James Hoggard

Level 1

I have a CISCO5520 and telnet suddenly stopped working on my inside interface.

I have checked my syslog error and get the following

5Oct 15 201311:56:02

Resource 'telnet' limit of 5 reached for context 'single_vf'

Any idea what this could be?

Thanks

James.

I also have the same issue I have ASA 5555x. How i can clear sessions via ASDM? My ASDM is working but telnet is not.

Show conn all port 23

2122 in use, 17780 most used

TCP outside  x.x.x.x:60914 inside  x.x.x.x, idle 0:00:19, bytes 19600, flags UIOB

Result of the command: "show proc | in telnet"
