Cisco ASA ASDM Upgrade wizard

hi out there

I ran into a funny problem - i have a ASAv in Azure and had a problem (it crashes from time to time) where i would like to try to see what ASA OS version would be suggested for this platform from the ASDM so i launch the ASDM upgrade wizard - but it fails and tells me I have not accepted the EULA - but i simply cannot find anywhere to accept the EULA - what have i missed here

i am on ASDM version 7.19(1)95 for this ASA OS 9.18(4)29 ??

well - not sure what you try to tell me here - see - the ASDM ends up in telling me that i have not accepted the EULA - and cannot continue then - but where can i accept the EULA??
