Cisco Asa - ASDM VPN (Wizard and Edit/Add)

Hi,

i have some strange behavior with my Cisco Asa, seems nobody have - so maybe a configuration issue from my side?

Upgraded the new IOS and ASDM recently but have this issue also at earlier versions:

- Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 9.13(1)
- SSP Operating System Version 2.7(1.107)
- Device Manager Version 7.13(1)

- Newest OpenJDK / OpenJRE with the openJRE ASDM Image (Copied and Registered in both User/OS PATH)

- Firefox (Client to connect, and installed the ASDM/IDM Launcher)

The ASDM-IDM Launcher starts and loads current configuration..

First Error:

If i go to Wizards --> VPN-Wizards --> Site-to-Site Setup-Wizard --> the first Page is there, i klick next Page 2 and 3 is empty (no Settings possible at "Peer Device Identification" and "Traffic to protect"), you can click next and back, but the are no settings at all on this two Pages (completely empty, only grey - no greyed out setting)..

Second Error:

Configuration --> Site-to-site VPN --> If i click "add" or want to "edit" an existing Connection Profile - nothing happened.

I can provide logs if no sensitive data are inside..

Edit:

Additional Infos:

- Privilege Level 15

- Hardware ASA 5508-X (after Intel-CPU-Bug-Build)

- Updates are done at CLI (ios, asdm)

- Maybe its a global problem (could someone check these settings, and reply)

- Firewall operating in HA Active/Standby (with a second - same build - FW)

- earlier Versions we use Oracle JDK, same behavior

Edit2:

- Screenshot added

Edit3:

Last Version with the same Problem:

asa991-lfbff-k8.SPA

asdm-7122.bin

Current Version:

asa9-13-1-lfbff-k8.SPA

asdm-openjre-7131.bin

Edit4:

Deleted c:\Users\xxx ".asdm" User-Settings

ASDM Java Console shows some Errors (added as txt. File)

Thanks

Mike

Good Morning,

I am having the same problem. I am going to try to upgrade my ASDM/ASA to a version that I have not experienced this with and see what I get.
