Cisco ASA Default route preference

Hi Community.

I need some help on the Cisco ASA please, 

On Cisco ASA firewall having default route pointing to internet ( ISP1)on outside interface 

S* 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 [1/0] via 10.209.66.71, outside

All working as expected 

Next, 

Scenerio1: I have another ISP-2 & SVI (Dev) on the ASA required to use this ISP-2 for Internet, using different exit interface on ASA.

Scenerio2: I have request only Single host on the SVI(Dev) to use the ISP-2 for Internet connectivity. using different exit interface on ASA.
