Hi,
These counters show cumulative value so try to monitor the counters and check if it is incrementing or not. If it is incrementing continuously then you can start checking which application/traffic is getting affected.
Thanks,

Hi guys,
this started or noticed after doing a upgrade to 9.4.2.11 where the memory utilization is going high and there is sometimes a packet discard shown.
All the overrun and errors are on internal-data. so i doubt i can apply the flow control on them.
