Hi,

Is it the active or standby ASA that's rebooting? What's the output of "show crashinfo", ensure to collect it from the faulty ASA. An upgrade to latest 9.8(4)17 would benefit.

Cristian Matei.

hi,

It is the active ASA, i've typed the command "show crashinfo" and it show a lot of things, here is a few information it shown me.1.png2.png3.png

Hi,

Use the Traceback analyzer from the Cisco CLI Analyzer, in order to parse the crashinfo and detect the bug. Otherwise, i would upgrade to a recommended stable version, like 9.8(4)17.

Thank you very much Cristian

hi Cris,

I've captured ASA system diagnostics "Cisco ASA System Diagnostics: TypeError: results.push is not a function" and traceback analyzer "This crash is a match to bug CSCvi16029 - Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance WebVPN Denial of Service Vulnerability" "This crash is a match to bug CSCvp00230 - ASA crashed when customer was authenticating to AnyConnect".

So how can i do now before upgrade ASA to a new OS version. Thanks very muc6.png
