Hello,
I have very old ASDM and the ver:6.1. Also content filtering Trend micro also was configured. Recently, I noticed Trend Micro is removed from ASA. I tried to configure again and it is not accepting the license which had given buy cisco.
Now my outgoing mails are not going out and it is in the queue.
I believe the mails are still trying to send through Trend Micro.
Is there any solution to solve this problem?

The symptoms that you describe suggest that perhaps the license expired and that license is no longer valid. If that is the case then the optimum solution is to get a new and current license, install the new license, and add Trend back.
