I am facing the problem below as soon as I set up standby, I lose the ssh connection. This is because the management interface is overwritten by the synchronization of the configuration with the 'Active'. Can you help me to solve this problem?
ASA Primary Unit Configuration:
failover lan unit primary
failover lan interface failover Ethernet0/3
failover link failover Ethernet0/3
failover interface ip failover 1.1.1.1 255.255.255.252 standby 1.1.1.2
interface Management1/1
management-only
nameif management
security-level 100
ip address 10.192.37.13 255.255.255.0
ASA Secondary Unit Configuration:
failover lan unit secondary
failover lan interface folink gigabitethernet0/3
failover interface ip failover 1.1.1.1 255.255.255.252 standby 1.1.1.2
failover link failover Ethernet0/3
interface Management1/1
management-only
nameif management
security-level 100
ip address 10.192.37.14 255.255.255.0

Thank you very much Marius! one doubt. I need to put that configuration on both ASA units(Primary and Secondary), isn´t it? and I´ll get ssh access for both units with their respective ip address, right?

You only need to add that command on the primary ASA, it will be replicated to the standby ASA.
