Put the IP address online and wait for a hacker! :) Only joking! A way to stress test is to set it up in a dummy network offline with say 2 servers or computers (with the firewall in path so traffic has to go through it) and install some sort of packet generating software on either or both servers/pc's and crank up the traffic. I'm not sure if its the best method but it will definitely work.
