java code to allow the traffic from cisco firewall, Where to I do that ,It is possible to use cisco packet tracer to do that. or use any other platform to do?

A Cisco ASA (or FTD) firewall does not have any capability to interact directly via Java.
If you use Java to program functions using the firewall's REST API you could possibly do what you are asking about. This guide may help: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asa/api/qsg-asa-api.html
