am having issues with snmp monitoring for my FTD appliance running on a 4120 chassis. i have set the string and hosts under Devices - Platform Settings - SNMP on my FMC

have set the diagnostic interface under Selected Zones/Interfaces and also verified connectivity from the snmp server to the ftd appliance.

any ideas ?

does the diagnostic interface need a seperate IP address ? right now the ftd mgmt interface and diagnostic interface are 1 and the same

Did you ever figure this out?  I have the same issue with FTD on ASA 5506-X

i had the allow snmp connectivity from my monitoring servers to the monitoring interface
