I've deployed Cisco FMCv & FTDv in Azure by following this document:

As the static routes are concerned, different metrics have been used. When I follow exactly the same steps, the Health Probes going to external FTDv interfaces don't come online. I've double checked the configuration. I have also configured the ports for SSH under the Platform Settings. When I use Metric 1 for all Static routes, the Health Probes towards the FTDv external interfaces do come online but I don't know the implications of it.
I hope someone can help me with this issue.
