I have a Public Web Server sitting in my DMZ of my PIX 515E 6.3(5)123. All is currently IPV4. In order for an IPV6 client on the Internet to access my Web Server what will need to be done on the PIX side of things or will I require a new Firewall? Basically will it handle both IPV4 and IPV6 clients accessing my Web Server?

PIX 6.3 will not support ipv6.
See if you can satisfy memory requirements to move to 7.2 or 8.x that do. If not you would need to move to an ASA.
I hope it helps.

Certainly does give me a starting point. Once I go to either 7.2/8.x or an ASA, will the firewall be able to recognize the IPV4 clients and the IPV6 clients and deal with them as applicable depending on what they are accesing? i.e an IPV6 client hitting an IPV4 Web Server or an IPV4 Client hitting an IPV6 Web Server etc.?

Yup. devices that support ipv6 also support ipv4.
