Cisco Services for IPS

Hi,

Hi, i'm working in a Cisco Premier Partner.

I have a Costumer, we bought an IPS4240 with Cisco Services for IPS.

The service contract is registered under my name and i administer it, now they want to take ownership and control over the contract.

How can i register them so they can access the contract, monitor it, renew it...etc.

You need to work with Cisco Account/Channel Manager to get it done.

Changing the ownership of the device to another party, i,e Cisco partner vs. customer, I think the Customer need to subscribe to Cisco for the support purposes.
