Cisco Smart Software Manager On-Prem (SSM On-Prem) Not working

We have a Cisco Smart Software Manager On-Prem (Cisco SSM On-Prem) license server. This is used to license our ASAv firewalls. The application the application all of a sudden is not working. Its not listening on port 8443 which is used to for launching the WebUI will not start. The firewalls are unable to checkin for their licnese. 

We have tried miltiple reboots with not success. This is preventing our firewalls from checking in for their license. 

Any suggestions? Does Cisco support troubleshooting this product?

Are you able to SSH to CSSM 

if so check is the port listening (post the output here) :

# netstat -ltnpd  - to check post 8443 listening

#journalctl -f  - check the logs

#df -h  -check any space issue ?

#systemctl status netconsole.service

In addition to what @balaji.bandi has mentioned,

• Have you verified that this traffic is not being dropped in a firewall?
• Have you verified general connectivity from the ASAs have access to the SSM server?

Smart Software Manager On-Prem is an on-premises asset manager which works in conjunction with Cisco Smart
Software Manager.
