In Topology manager device type column instead of seeing "C2950G" description i am receiving "Ciscoproducts.429 description" . When i look at the view, all 4 of the C2950's have question marks on them. Why is this?

.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.429 is the sysObjectID for catalyst295048G.
2950G is supported in Campus Manager 3.2 per:

What is the version of Campus Manager that you're using?

I am using Campus Manager 3.0. How can i upgrade to 3.2? Will this incurr costs?
