I'm moving from a ASA 5510 v8.2 to a ASA 5525-X v9.4 Short of putting in the 8.2 config in the 9.4 unit and picking up the Pieces, is there a preferred method to Migrate the config from 8.2 to 9.4? I know the was Significant NAT changes.
Thanks!

Hi,
You should follow this document to have a glance at the changes:-
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asa/asa83/upgrading/migrating.html
Also , check:-
1) Disable names on the ASA device
2) Disable no nat-control
Thanks and Regards,

Thank you for your Reply.
I was able to Upload a copy of the 8.2 config as startup, then rebooted. It came up with a couple issues, that I resolved in the 8.2 config, then copied it back to startup. I did that a few times until all of the Errors were taken care of, the only thing left was a Warning. Though This is Expected for my Remote VPN peers.
WARNING: For IKEv1, L2L tunnel-groups that have names which are not an IP address may only be used if the tunnel authentication method is Digital Certificates and/or The peer is configured to use Aggressive Mode *** Output from config line 1163, "tunnel-group olivet.hayd..."
Thank you,
