How do I go about getting a copy of my cisco networking certificate from 2006

I don't think Cisco will issue a copy of an expired certificate. You can check your records at:

https://www.certmetrics.com/cisco/candidate/cert_summary.aspx

...and see what it shows for you. Mine only shows current certifications as eligible to download certificates.

I just noticed the same issue for my certifications. I have a question here.

I have 3 Professional level certifications that expired 1 month ago.

If i want to renew them, can i give just one exam or i should start from scratch ?

Once a given certificate (or three) expire, renewing them requires that you fulfill all of their prerequisites and requirements as if it were your first time - i.e., "start from scratch".
